    Expanding on Michael Kelly’s exclusive Port Technology, the Mod Shop Forte Port Exotic JE adds some extra build features to bring this instrument to a new level. The Java Ebony top adds a bright, dynamic tone to the instrument, paired with the abalone and pearl dragonfly inlay to make this a visually striking guitar. The Grover tuners and Tusq nut provide solid tuning and intonation stability for extended performances, as well as added sustain for a fuller sound.

    Integrated Fishman Electronics

    The Mod Shop Forte Port Exotic JE can dial in a precise sound with the Fishman Presys Blend preamp built into the body, letting you mix the built-in internal microphone and the S-Core pickup to capture the natural warmth and tone of the instrument in exactly the way that you want it. This active amplification system by Fishman® includes an onboard control for volume and one for tone, mounted inside of the soundhole for easy access.
